I guess the only difference is the shell... burritos are easier to eat without making a mess. Tacos can optionally be crunchy however, which I like. If forced to choose, I'd go with burritos for the ease of eating.

Tacos-----they can be varied a lot more than burritos can, such as cheese, meat, tortillas, etc.
