Look in the Old Testament. There is nothing specific about transexuals in the bible but if you think about it God made Man and Women not man/women combination.

Actually, the writers of the bible encoded anything like idea of a transexual behind some vague reference without actually identifying it point blank. Same thing for homosexuallity. It's only new "translations" that have replaced those sections with identifying words - like homosexuallity.

So it actually says nothing.

Read Romans 1:24-28 I think it falls under the same thing as disgraceful sexual desire. It's all part of our inheritance from Adam...sin.
