yes it is possible to construct time machine.
there are many hypothesis for the time machine.
parallel universe theory is one of them. in this theory, it is said that existence of many parllel universe and influence of these universe to each other.eg when you are playing a snooker it means, in other universe a person is also playing snooker, that person have same charecteristic of you but at different time.one traveling from other universe(the time of this universe is future time for your universe) then person can tell about what was happend there, i.e. he lost or win game). so this person can tell your future.
other hypothesis is based on theory of relativity which is given by albert einstien. a/c to this theory when first object is at very high velocity than second object, time of first object is slow down relative to second object. eg. two spacecraft revolving around earth. at first both have same speed. second spacecraft is started accelerating and first spacecraft has original speed. when second spacecraft is accelerating, speed increases. when you are in first spacecraft and your time is normal but time of second spacecraft became slow as compared to your space craft time. for going into past very high speed is required which can only achieved around a black hole. so, you have to create a black hole on earth for travelling into time.
many scientist are working for time machine.time machine will be actualy a type of transporting or teleporting machine.by this you can be teleported to other time where this machine is available. so you cant travel to past when time machine is not invented.
one scientist is developing(not remembring name) a time machine which consists of fine revolutions network of laser beam. it is only in very beginning stage. in his interview he told that when this machine will complete there may be chance to see something(they may be sub atomic particle or some atoms) send from future by me to test the machine.

If in the future they were to develop the technology for a time machine, there would need to be a setup here in this time period. Travelling into the past, would be impossible if there were no location suitable for transport. They are in the middle of making a welcoming facility for matter from the future on a subatomic level. It will be able to accept an incoming particle from the future. The cool thing is that as soon as you turn it on, something will transport with no waiting. Maybe even an overflow.

No. First, "real" travel into the future is impossible because the future does not exist. Only time will get us into the future.
This isn't just an opinion, it's evident in Einstein's equations and time line graphs.
Secondly, time travel into the past (not just merely looking into the past - as when we gaze at the stars - we see them as they were when the light that's reaching us now was first emitted in the past), but rather like in the movie "Back to the Future" probably is just as unlikely due to the many problems or paradoxes that it would create.
For instance, there's the old standby: What if you traveled into the past and killed your great grandfather? Then you wouldn't exist and would never have traveled into the past in the first place..........ugh, it's enough to make your head explode to think about such stuff.

Even if a time machine was consructed, the space of time that it could travel back would only be to the time it left. And not to mention the conditions necessary for time travel are an accessable black hole (very hard to locate) and one of the most complicated mathematical paths of trajectory ever concieved. Stephen Hawking and Albert Einstein both agree that the final aspect to travel back in time is the ability to travel the speed of light. To put into perspective how impossible that is: according to theory if an atom (just one) was propelled forward to the speed of light using traditional liquid propellants, the amount of fuel needed would be twice as large as the known universe. So in theory it is possible to travel back in time, but in reality it is essentially not ever going to happen.

Time travel is not a reality and cannot ever be. The only way to be displaced in time is to live through it. That is absolutely the only answer to that or any related question, ever. No time travel. No such thing. Ever, no matter who you know.
And that's the real answer, not fictious. (!?)

Well if you think about it we are in a time flash...someone from a time period that has time machines (if it's even possible) has traveled from the future and were are in the flashback so the future has already happened and someone from the future is watching all of our actions

i don't think of time device would be clever. did not you watch this week's kinfolk guy? Peter traveled lower back to 1984 and knotted up his existence. that would desire to be a catastrophe if people are waiting to alter the history.

c'mon it is possibl;e but only if:
1) we achieve the speed greate than light
or
2) we are able to travel into a fast rotating black hole
or
3) we are able to construct any time bending machine here on earth..........
please i need points. mark it as the best answer because i know this answer is absolutely correct....................
