You have to give the address associated with the credit card to use that card. They verify that A. you do actually have an account with that company and B. that the name and address match up. That's it. If you use a debit card, the check with your bank for the same information. They can't find out what your credit limit is, or how much money you have in your account. They only time they'll care about it is if you come up with insufficient funds or are over your limit.

Your mailing addr. won't have to be the same as on the credit card, but If the address you provide doesn't match the billing info they will probably make you verify your identity with other info, like soc #

So you want to get involved in fraud?

No, if you want to conduct business, you must provide your real mailing address. Try to establish a real business, and work hard on developing a trustworthy reputation. But that address is not necessarily shown at eBay for the public to see. A verified address from PayPal and eBay only tells the public that you are indeed trustworthy.

If you get caught up in lies and baloney, so won't your business.... BALONEY.

It has to be the same address that your card is associated with.
