vitamins are great and no your not hurting your baby but u could be hurting yourself, ur body naturally takes what it needs from you whether you eat it often or not thats why fatigue is a common symptom in pregnancy but if you cant stand veggies use a trick I used during pregnancy and now with my 2 year old if tomato soup doesnt give you heartburn you can puree a whole bunch of good for yous and hide them in it, otherwise prenatals are your best bet. they give you everything you need plus some get as much as you can as far as good for you goes otherwise eat smart parents.com and ivillage.com have great sections on prenatal nutrition

I think you will be ok, you are taking prenatal vitamins and those have most of the nutrients you need. If you cannot eat them, don't stress hun! Better to eat what you can, instead of getting sick from the veggies.

yes and no lol...I am having problems drinking water which is CRAZY lol cuz I have always preferred water over any other drink...but I have found I am just being picky lol and want evian water how funny right...so first off try to find a veggie you can stand and eat it once a day...like say brocoli or carrots or whatever...if you still cant get them down....you can take vitamins to supplement for the actual veggie food...call your doc. and she or he will hook you up or tell you what kind you can get at wal mart..I am having problems eating dairy...so i have to take calcium vitamins...im sure they will be able to tell you what you can take for this. Good luck and congrats on being pregnant.

Check with your doctor, but I believe that folic acid is very benificial. Broccoli is a great source of it, but a supplement would ensure the proper amounts. Ask the doctor. Good luck

V8 juice (fusion) strawberry/banana. This is SO perfect because in one 8 oz glass you get a FULL serving of Fruits and VEGETABLES. and it doesn't taste that bad. Thats what i do.
good luck

Just keep taking your vitamins... you should be OK. I personally can't eat peanut butter or anything that smells like it.
