Sure can! Often times the children are born normal, and if the size of the child constitutes a problem for the dwarfed mother, doctors do this special procedure called a caecarian... A C-section! Well, I was just being sarcastic, but it's true!

Yes. There is a great show on TLC called Little People, Big World. It's a family of dwarfs. The husband and wife are little people. They had twins and another boy and girl. Only one is a little person. It's a great show.

Of course they can. Chances are they will have dwarf children too, but they can very well have a normal size child.
