The California Zepher from Denver to Sfo are 2 of the best. Check Amtraks website for fares.

there are sales off season to go anywhere for a flat fee. contact amtrak. years ago i went from the midwest to california. it still brings back wonderful memories whenever i think about it all. go to amtrak online and see whats out there for you!
