laser eye Surgery is very safe nowadays. It is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges Eye surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.
I have also read that they arrange financing for American and Canadian patients, as dental surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor I personally believe that your surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.
My cousin got her Dental and Lasik Surgery in India through the forerunners healthcare .She is more than very happy with the results. She just paid 25% of the amount she was quoted in USA and is all praise for this forerunners healthcare company. Hope this helps

No, but I'm weighing the pros and cons of getting it. I'm sick of wearing glasses! I've had friends that did it and they love it. I'm told I'm a good candidate but at some point I'd have to use reading glasses to read. So that's where I'm torn...why get the procedure if I'm gonna have to go back to using glasses anyway?

no, but my friend did. RADIOKERATONOMY(i know I did NOT spell that right. I just wanted you to get an idea). When it first came out, insurance companies paid for it. It cost $500.00 an eye...after enough treatments being paid, companies said that GLASSES were coverage and the SURGERY was optional cosmetic surgery. that was not good. She is very happy that she got it. Her vision was really bad, but it is good now.

No, but my dear husband has.
He was in an accident, broadsided by a commissary truck while driving a tractor across JFK airport.
He was thrown quite far and landed on his head. He had to have damage to the back of his left eye repaired.

convinced, my spouse and that i both did. It change into nicely truly worth the money (various thousand each and every). stay remote from the lower price places that attempt to hurry you out and in. Your eyes are considered necessary so do probability them to maintain some funds. We had the surgical procedure some years in the past and both see 20/20 or more beneficial positive nonetheless. No issues.

No, I haven't. I have considered it, but frankly, the thought of it scares the begeebies out of me. Then I did some research, and discovered in MY case, I would still have to wear some kind of corrective lens, so I thought, well, why go through all that fear and expense then?

Yes and it was the best thing I ever did. Felt like I had sand in them for a couple of days after that but well worth it.
