Cut and Run is really an offensive idea to many people in this country and not just conservatives. Bush and his team know that. So they give us two options...stay the course or cut and run. Neither one is any good, but cut and run just bothers Americans.
It also achieves two important Bush goals. It keeps Americans supporting the "stay the course" option and they use it to rally their base and label the oppostion as "cut and run".
Meanwhile, American lives are being lost for a dubious mission. Sometimes "stay the course" is like steaming along in the titanic. Everybody sees the iceberg, but one half of the ship believes they can plow through it and the other wants to steer around it.
Full steam ahead folks....

Yes, it IS important for our nation to remain united to win the war in Iraq, so why do you and other liberals divide it? You people could care less about the country so long as you get what you want. Bush labels you, not the U.S. because you people are not the U.S., "cut and run" because you ARE cut and run. Nicely worded, but those of us who have been here for a while know you and your agenda.

He didnt label the US cut and run. Why would he do that if we're not cutting and running? He used "cut and run" to describe the democratic party's philosophy when it comes to conflict and terrorism- DO NOTHING and hope it goes away!
Our nation united? Are you joking? How high do you have to be to make a statement like that? This nation is more POLARIZED than it has been since the civil war! When you have every braindead liberal out there trying to wave the white flag, the stupid liberal media publishing security leaks that they know is going to compromise our national security programs.
Not only are the liberals dividing us with nazi-like propaganda, but they continue to seek their own political interests ahead of the countries national security. NAME ME 1 SINGLE PROGRAM OF BUSH'S THEY HAVENT SLAMMED OR TRIED TO DEFEAT????????????

Why do the Liberals constantly undermine him? Why do they critique but give no plan themselves (except to get out, or "cut and run")? Why do they say it's an illegal war even though they voted for it too? Why do they say Bush lied about the intelligence even though they saw the same intelligence? Ask Kerry, Kennedy, Pelosi, Durbin, Murtha, and the rest that question. They will stop at nothing to make the President look bad. When Bin Laden and Saddam Hussein use quotes by these imbeciles in their anti America propaganda speeches, you should realize they have gone way, WAY over the top.

regrettably, i'm wondering they (our present day & former leaders) are all tousled! i understand no elementary answer yet we in simple terms can not play through the "regulations" anymore even as no one else does & that is what receives our butts kicked. we commence to do some thing & do not end it. i imagine the United international locations stinks! they're all corrupt & that's time for the standard individual to be in a position to be in the administration seat. someone without connection to grease, or someone no longer searching to kick butt to make dad sense extra perfect. We do & will continually favor to stay steps earlier than the nut case terrorists & take care of our land & human beings. The commerce towers develop into an act of conflict so we did have the position to guard ourself. It develop into now no longer "anticipation of self-protection"!

I think you need to pose your qeustion to those who only seek to divide america to gain power and seats in congress.
I do not believe the president labeled the US that way, it was the democrats in congress who are demanding we pull out before Iraq is stable. And that would be cut and run.
The democrats have done everything in their power to divide america on president bush, how is that possible keeping us united?

I think remain united should read BECOME united. With all of the childish infighting in our country, it's difficult to fight a war.
Many Democrats would like to see the US cut their losses in Iraq and run like hell. I think if you start a fight, you must fight til the end.

Over history, several countries have given up after fooling around in the arab countries because they didn;t have the guts to deal with these people in the only manner they understand.
