seems to be you have spyware, you will need programs llike spyware bot or microsoft antispyware which you can get off www.download.com also do a search of tenmoneys on good you will see exactly what comes up

try these options
go to www.download.com search for Spybot, Ad-Aware
also if you don't already have it, i would use yahoo toolbar, google toolbar.
Also check out Earthlink.net
The have Earthlink Toolbar which contains a really good pop-up blocker and scam blocker.
Also check out Earthlink Protection Control center. Its free for 30 days, and after that, its only $4.95. This program will check for Spyware and Adware of which you can delete. It will also detect Viruses.

Using a check on siteadvisor @ www.siteadvisor.com, they say that the site do not have pop-ups.
Thus, it is adware, which is any software package which automatically plays, displays, or downloads advertising material to a computer after the software is installed on it or while the application is being used.
You can use Ad-aware for blocking those awful pop-ups ^ ^

I think you have spyware or adware.Get anti-spyware and anti-adware from Download.com.
Or just get pop-up blocker.
