are you kidding??? i would not stop seeing my children for any reason. this is more of an excuse then anything. someone needs to explain that seeing his kids isnt somthing that he gets to choose, its somthing he must do.... also while explaining this to him make him understand that although seeing his kids is somthing nice for his own self, that when dad visits the kids its mostly if not entirely about the kids, not about mom dad grandparents or any one else its only for the children, how can this man seriousley put his feelings above the feelings of his children? i think all people should step away and make the visit as pleasant for the children as possible. let grand ma and granp pa dad and mom know this is about the children and nothing less then making them happy.......

No. My kids are worth it. I would however, inform the mother that it is Illegal for her to do such, and if it persists, would have her back in court. (Have done it too) Mothers think they have all the rights. Now a days, it is more even, and more and more are finding themselves in court over acting that way. Parents have to remember, the kids come first, not their ego's.

Mothers, and fathers, need to learn that it is morally and legally wrong to even bad mouth the other in front of the kids. My ex told me that no judge would tell her what to do with her kid. She paid a 500.00 fine and spent 10 days in jail for that (she actually told the judge it). PLEASE REMEMBER, you and your ex broke up, not the kids breaking up with the parents. (till later in their life when they hate you for it)

No. I am a single mother. My husband and I recently divorced. Nothing and no one would stop me from seeing my kids.

definately not. besides you don't have to stay there with them. if you have to have supervision the court will appoint someone generally from child services. but get away from those conniving b--t-hes.
