You have two questions here:
1) The future is always unknow, therefore always uncertain. Nobody "knows" anything about the future.
2) Having lost almost half of its value in just a few months, this company obviously has problems. You should investigate these for further insight as to direction.
The stock price has built a wide base between $23 and $30 over the past three months. This gives you an indication that any breakout out of this range will probably move at least $7.
Rather than trying to "predict" what may happen, try to develop a plan for what to do if certain prices are reached or violated.
The lower end of the range at $22.50 would give me an indication to Short. The upper end of the range at $29.50 would indicate a Long position.
