Ok, here me out here.... I love my best friend and He likes me, i guess.... But he's my best friend, on the bus we sit together and what not, lunch, everything. When we sit together he sits really close like, our legs are touching. He flirts with me a lot. He's like one of the cutest people to ever walk the planet and has the most awsome Bass singing voice, He's never had a girl friend exept for some strange person he didnt like and saw her for a whole of 2 days, but she annoyed him to death... I dont have any clue what to do! Do you think he would say yes if i asked him, or should i wait for him? He gets cold feet a lot. I leave this to you fellow Answers users, save me! And please ignore my terrible spelling, I'm sleepy!

Ask him. The longer you wait the more time you have wasted. If you don't ask you will always wonder about what might have been. By the way, don't you want your life mate to be your best friend?

Sounds like your on the right road. Just keep doing fun things together and nature will take its own course. Being friends first is the best was to start a relationship.

take it from someone who has been there and done that... good friends are hard to come by, and bf come and go.

I had a friend, since I was young. He came over to the house all the time. My parents and his parents were good friends. So well all hung out together and did stuff. I was at all their family weddings, graduations and them the same with me.

so if things did not work out for the two of you, who would you turn to. who's shoulder would you cry on? you would no longer have your best friend.

there are other guys out there. just wait. one will come along....

and what if your friend turns you down. then what. you have that feeling of ackwardness...

it not a good situation anyway you look at it.....

but you can admire him in your thoughts and dreams...and remember as the two of you get older, he will start to date others...and you need to be there for him. as you need him to be there for you.

we had so much fun together. As we got older we kept hanging out. playing pocker and drinking and smoking cigars. I knew all about his girl troubles. and i was always there to listen...

well we crossed the line between friends and lovers. it was a very odd situation. we were caught up in the heat of the moment.

the point is. I lost my best friend. once you cross that line, you can never go back to being friends. the situation is to ackward.

so i would rather have a friend that is forever, then risk loosing a friend for something more.

years have passed, and we still can not look at each other. i see him in the store and I look down, and it takes all we have to say hi to each other.....

we use to flirt all the time, and I would bash his gf and he would bash my bf. we were always there to lean on each other...

but taking things one step to far. was the biggest mistake i made. i miss my best friend that i once had.

so no man is worth loosing a friendship over.. stay friends and be cool with that......

good friends are hard to come by.

Your spellings not that bad. If you like him ask him out to something casual like a group date so it is less personal then a one on one date and helps take the pressure off as you can converse and talk to other people too. When you start to feel more comfortable dating then progress to single dates. Take things slow not to scare him off.

well he might "think it will ruin your friendship" but i think u should go 4 it1:) he seems 2 really like you!!!!:) if he gets cold feet you could try writing him a note or maybe even an email......... sum times it is very uncomfortable 2 have 2 ask or answer sum1 when they are there cause u don't want 2 hurt there feelings or u don't know what 2 say....

Well anywayz

Good Luck!

But i think the first thing you should do is get sum rest lol :)
