Shawn and Julia are home with the new baby and the new nurse who is painting a mural on the nursery wall of adam and eve in the garden of eden. Julia tried to breast feed the baby but she is afraid of the babies hands so it is not working, the nurse tried to help her release her milk ducts but Shawn thought he was trying to feel her up. Meanwhile Christian agrees to reattach a lady's nipple that her dog bit off before her husband returns from war and kills the dog for attacking her. He and the anesthesiaologist are wondering which one of them will sleep with the new boss first. He takes the anesthesiologist to a gay bar where she is picked up by a beautiful woman who seduces her and then she wakes up with a cell phone taped to her hand and missing a kidney. Back at the clinic, the new boss is being talked into doing probono surgery on call girls by the woman she owes money to because she too was a call girl. Christian, flirting with her has her assist in the surgery. Next Shwn wants to fire the male nurse but he finds out that all the guy is trying to do is keep Julia from taking pills so that she can nurse the baby. Shawn winds up seeing the nurse he slept with who wants him back but h doesn't sleep with her this time as he has a bad hash brownie trip and starts seeing temptationall around him. Over at the clinic, the anesthesiologist is now a patient. The husband of the woman with the nipple reattachment shows up and yells at her about what he found at the hous. Apparently she has be smearing peanut butter on her breasts to entice the dog to lick her nipples while he has been away, so he killed the dog and dumped it on a bed near her. And at the bosses house, Christian is talking to the Real Boss and blackmailing his wife into sleeping with him or he will tell her husband that she is giving away free surgeries to her ex madame. Shawn returns home to see the completed mural and Julia breast feeding Connor. EOS

I also hate to give out spoilers! In a nutshell, Sean is up to no good again and is still having issues with Baby Connor and Julia is learning alot from the dwarf nanny. And, Christian is still being Christian! Next week, Rosie O'Donnell will be a guest star as lottery winner who wants a body lift (she shared it on "The View).
