After wolverine kills jean to stop all the chaos, bobby and Rouge get together, and you see magneto at the end using his power to lift something small (he lost his power due to the experimental mixture to shield the X gene). I saw the movie over the summer. It was really good.

rouge gives up her powers and bobby understands why she had to do it. They stay together.
End: Wolverine kills Jean to save the world. Magneto loses his power.
Spoiler scene: Magneto shows during a chess game that his powers might come back. And the professor might still be alive, mentally.

it leads you to believe that magneto still has his powers and yea i think they do get together cuz she took the cure.
