If you're in 9th grade, and your associates old boyfriend is in 3rd grade, why would you want to date a 3rd grader? Unless he was held back six years and has a schwanz the size of a macaca, only THEN could I understand.
But if the situation is that your friend had "dibs" on him in 3rd grade, I think its safe to say you could go out with him...,

i don't think 3rd grade counts as having a boyfriend, maybe class room friend,, you should go as see if he is interested in you as a friend or girl-friend,, good luck, lol
