Im in high school and like im a freshman and ITS SO HARD TO MINGLE WITH PEOPLE

I noticed that when I look more confident and presentable, people come up to you more. Being shy can be hard at times, but just try to be a little more talkative when people come up to you to talk. Also, I know you probably heard this tons of times (I know I did), but mainly just be yourself when you're talking to someone and just loosen up and relax! People are just as human as you are and have imperfections as well. Lastly, I also realized when you frown a lot or if you look mean a lot, people don't bother coming up to you sometimes.
I'm not saying to smile all the time, but smile a little when the time is right when talking to someone. When you pick out your own friends, go up to people who you have a good feeling about and have the same interests as you. That's why joining afterschool prorgrams, sports or groups are good as well. Well I hoped this helped a little bit! = )

u might be shy but try to get out there i was just like u never talked i talked and now i have loads of friends try it!!!!

you may have social anxiety. you can see a doctor about it and she might prescribe you some medication for it.
