I have borderline thyroid issues, according to the doctor. He said I dont have to take meds since it is borderline, but Im having a hard time losing weight because of it. What can I do naturally to help with this? (thyroid, metabilism issues)

First, stay away from soy - it depresses thyroid function. Second, you can try kelp as someone else suggested, but it doesn't always work. Third, and the best option in my opinion, is a type of homeopathy called oligotherapy. You need thyroidinum 4x from Genestra/Seroyal. Take it once a day for 3 weeks, stop for a week and repeat; then get your thyroid checked again.

You could try liquid kelp from the health food store. You'd need about 4 drops per day . You might want to avoid soy products in large amounts . I've found that soy in large amounts seems to enlarge my thyroid! Not good.Great for hot flashes bad for sensitive thyroids.You might also want to check www.drweil.com and visit his message boards.He has a search engine within his website also.There's tons of info .Good luck.

Why i say MZ. MiNA is correct -- I have toxic thyroid (also rapid weight loss)
and if there was a natural way I would gladly share it with you BUT THERE IS NONE SO FAR!!!!
