Callories are just a measurement of energy. Food contains energy. If you consume too much of this energy and don't use this energy, your body will store this energy in the form of fat for later use. The best trick is to only consume as much energy (calories) as you plan on using (exercise).

It is not how it is what that you should be asking for example it takes more calories to digest celery than your body gets from it. There are many simple carbs (vegetables) that are like that.

u can look online for food that doesnt contain calories or foods that actually burn calories....as in cucumbers, strawberries, grapefruit, things like that, i would check online or type in your search bar, calorie burning foods, good luck
