i would say England, but that's probably cos i live there.
really i think both would be even but i like to think those conflicts are over and history between us and Scotland, and everywhere else for that matter!
and I'm still yet to hear an English person wanting to take Scotland's freedom

No, no longer a international list. isn't there one or 2 international places which have performed in each Finals because the 40s? I take solace contained in the actual shown reality that Scotland has a inhabitants of about 10% the dimensions of Englands yet take a seat one position lower than them contained in the international ratings. it is a reality which exhibits they are rank at the same time as we are doing nicely with the restricted approaches at our disposal

It would be an utterly pointless thing to do since they're the same country, but probably England because there's more of them. The Scots could probably put up a good guerilla style fight if they'd a mind to though.
