Apparently they taste like panda bears but what's the next closest normal food that it tastes like?

Believe it or not, I ate one after killing it with a blow-dart gun(head shot). I brought him home skinned him and tossed him on the BBQ. They kind of taste like a chicken but more gamy. Yummy, though. When you skin them, whatever you stick the hide on, it will stick forever. They have a natural glue-like substance on their hides. And yes, I have them hide and rattle to prove it. Just a little 29 inch desert rattler just off Route 6 and highway 89 in Bird's Eye,UT.
