Because we have the added time of having to put the paper on the seat and sitting down. We actually have to remove more clothing than you guys do...

We have to half way undress just to pee, then we wash our hands, and we still have to make sure we look ok.

because we can't just whip it out we actually have to take down our pants and panties then sit and wipe and pull up our panties and pants then we even wash our hands!!!!
