YES! it's horrible! anything from that company is despicable. Get Spybot Search and Destroy and the new Ad-Aware. DELETE IT. It registers everything u type in ur computer and sends it out to 3rd party mailing lists.

Smiley Central puts the MyWebSearch Toolbar, which is spyware, on your computer. All spyware is bad.

It could be, if it contains any form of malware. If you're worried, perform scans after using it to be sure nothing bad has found its way onto your computer.

*Get it out of your computer otherwise in a short period of time you will need a tech to clean out your whole computer. In my opinion there's no safeguards you can put on your computer that will keep this bad boy in check, again get rid of it.
