y do ppl have 2 complain about how ppl rite their question

Not everybody complains about how someone else writes a question.

When I see a question with bad spelling or grammar I assume it isn't the person's fault or that English may be their second language or that they're just using quickie-writing to get the question down.

Sometimes, though, a question is so bizarre or incomplete or poorly worded nobody knows what it is..... It looks to me like those are the questions people make remarks about because they couldn't even begin to try to answer something they can't figure out.

I'm not defending people who complain - I'm just saying this is why it happens sometimes.

I personally don't care, up to the point where the writing becomes unintelligible. But some people find it personally insulting when you mangle their language. I guess it's wrapped up in the whole issue of cultural pride.

For one, that kind of shorthand writing should be confined to text messages, learn how to type, it doesn't take much time.

Second, many people write their questions in a way that makes them extremely unintelligible, you have no idea what they're asking.

May be cos of some illusive superiority complex I guess! dont loose ur heart! and some gramatical & spelling mistakes are obvious by those whose mother language is not english.

Well sometimes questions are not very clear, or simply dont make any sense. I dont see that as a reason to report them though.
