Pennington has to be the man. Carr's facing the Panther defense with Julius Peppers leading the staff, while even though the Browns are facing the Raiders, that doesn't mean the Browns will win 56-0... The Browns will win but scoring no more then 2 TDs or less. While Pennington ahs the red hot Cotchery and Coles and the Colts DEF won't have C. Simon and B. Sanders along with a couple more key starting defenders.

Chad Pennington. If you're looking for a QB to hang on to.
David Carr. If your looking for a good #2.
Charlie Frye. If your looking for a one week bye replacement because until the Raiders show me they can stop someone...who ever is QBing against them is a must start.
My personal preference really is Chad Pennington. He's not going to give you Peyton Manning type numbers. He's more like a Brad Johnson who is serviceable, and makes better decisions with the football and won't make unnecessary throws.

Take Pennington man he is killing D's...If you want a keeper Pennington. Pick up Carr if your desprate..and Frye if you just and one game starter . So choice Pennington man he's the better choice at this point.

Pennington is probably the best, but Frye is putting up some nice numbers so far.
