ok, emergeny thing kinda. plug into the computer. and see if you can access it with my computer. NOT MEDIA SOURCE OR WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER. try to drag n drop your music off of it to your computer. what kind is it? i have a zen ill see if i can be of help. Does it power up only with the USB? That is iffy.... How hard was the drop? Most anything especially with electronics the impact can vary
