MOst of married couple go for sexual enjoyment, suppose wife donot want sex and you are crying for sex and then whe allows herself to go into sex , but she is not enjoing the sex as she is not in mood.. can this be called rape?? But she love her husband too much and she have allowed him only due to love... and husband too love her ... but she dont want sex .....is it rape....???

Under the description you have above, not really. Marriage rape occurs when the wife of husband (it happens) is physically force into having sex beyond her cooperation to do so. Basically, its just like normal rape definition but performed by a spouse to victim. What you described above is more like a person unwillingly agrees to for the sake of family peace more than actually being forced into it. This is more mental abuse than rape. Yes, if a man has sexual intercourse with his wife, without her willing consent, it is rape.

What you describe doesn't sound like rape, but just not happy.

Most definitely. I was watching an episode of Montel, and there was a guest on there who had found out that her husband was a criminal (a rapist I think). And she said that he used to rape her when they were still together.
