This sounds wild, but I have heard that it works.
GOOD LUCK

Stimulation of the nipples produces a hormone called oxytocin. One of the functions of oxytocin is to stimulate the lactic glands to produce milk. Oxytocin will also tend to inhibit production of estrogen. Estrogen inhibits milk production. During pregnancy, the hormones produced by the growing fetus stop estrogen, and therefore milk is produced. The oxytocin after birth suppresses estrogen as well, and therefore keeps the milk flowing. Therefore, as long as the nipples are stimulated (ie by a suckling baby or by a breast pump) it is difficult to stop milk production.
A very low fat diet or losing weight should slow milk production. Perhaps estrogen supplements (which I wouldn't recommend) would work. Finally, taking soy and soy products, which contain
psuedo-estrogens, may cause a cessation of lactation.

The easiest remedy I know is to put crushed cabbage leaves (uncooked) in your bra for a day or two. Works really quickly, apparently.
Good luck to you!!
