Yes. What he is doing, you have recognized it for what it is. If this is happening at school, get the school authorities involved.
If he's doing this off school grounds, get the law involved.
This clod needs straightening now.

Yes it is sexual harassment and you should report it to a teacher, counselor or the principal. Unfortunately the offender probably thinks he's paying you a compliment but has to be "cool" for his peers. He needs to understand that his behavior is not acceptable in high school or anywhere he may be headed in life after he graduates. If he doesn't learn to act appropriately he'll be subject to employment terminations and lawsuits.

It is harassment. Technically, the way the law is written sexual harassment only occurs in the work place. Media got a hold and uses it loosely. Either way you should report it to someone. As a woman you don't have to stand for that type of treatment.

Yes it is sexual harrassment. You poor thing that would be horrible.
You could report it to your teacher or school counsellor. Perhaps a female teacher would be understanding.
But really i think the best way to resolve the situation is just ignore him completely. If he and his friends, dont get a reaction from you they will soon get bored and stop.
If they see you are getting upset and it is affecting you they will continue. So totally ignore him.
It wil stop.

Completely. This guy needs to learn now how inappropriate it is. Sure he may enjoy your breasts, but commenting to you over and over isn't good. He's lucky you've been as patient as you have. It's probably a good idea to chat with a school counselor about this to remedy the problem before it gets any worse.

Yes, it's hinging on sexual harrassment....He is making you uncomfortable and saying things about your body in a sexual tone....I wouldn't put up with it either....Let him know you are fed up and will report him the next time he does it..I know how you feel. I was sexually harrassed in high school as well, I am well endowed up top. I hated it and it has affected me to this day with trusting mens motives and always wondering what men are really thinking about me when they are looking at me. Don't put up with it...you don't have to! Good luck :)

Yea, like, looking isnt really, but asking you to come over JUST so he can look at them, thats getting a bit wrong.
And on behalf of guys everywhere:
Sorry we stare at your boobs so much, but we mean it as a compliment"
I mean, we stare because we find you attractive. But if he's talking about them and stuff, you should tell the teachers or something.

Every time you respond to his "come over here" routine or look at him you are encouraging him. If you look the other way and pretend you can't hear him at all he will probably quit and go on to someone else whose reactions he enjoys.
