more in a good or bad way? communism can be great, after all its based on common owndership and everyone being equal. the problem is it is too easily corrupted. but to answer your question, cuba is probably more communist because the common owndership is basically nothing. while china, there are many successful people and people can actually make decisions and their own choices. unless it pertains to the internet, thats pretty well regulated i think. and not to mention, as a chinese citizen you can legally immigrate to another country, i think its much harder to leave cuba :D

China holds more power, after the fall of the Soviets,

-If China falls as well, then Cuba gets power, problem?!?! the US is right next to it, if they made a stupid move to the US, the US will overrun the freaken communist country like D-Day in Normandy,
If Cuba falls, North Korea gets the power, if falls, Vietnam, then Lao, then no more, well yea some what like taht

I think more or less in terms of communism, is like being a little pregnant. You either are, or you aren't. Don't be fooled with terms like "socialist- republic," etc. Both China and Cuba are politically and economically communist nations with communist dictators at the helm.
