I saw Chappelle Show once as I was flipping channels... Didn't care too much for all the vulgarity. I saw Mind of Mencia a couple of times, too. He doesn't have quite as much vulgarity.
If I had my 'druthers, I'druther watch Blue Collar Comedy...Larry the Cable Guy is coming along pretty good in his career, and Jeff Foxworthy's "You might be a redneck" is funny to me. (I don't particularly care for Ron White's brand of humor, but as part of the Blue Collar Comedy, he's okay.) And I cannot ever remember the name of the fourth guy, but he's good, too.
As far as the question here, Mind of Mencia is the better one for me.

First of all you spelled them both wrong. It's Chappelle Show and Mind of Mencia.
I like them both, but if I had to pick, I like Mind of Mencia better!!!
