The simple and best way is connect four funnels ( coming in plastic used for filling liquid in container)on the circumference of any rotating device. . Keep it on the top floor of your building and connect it to a dynamo by chain or belt. It will produce electricity . By providing non return simple type of butterfly valve in the mouth of the funnel will increase its efficiency.

Take a car rad fan and fashion a connecting device to an alternator / dynamo and mount it onto a pole and direct it into the wind. very basic but would give you around 13.8 to 14.0 volts.
