No. Your character needs to bite the dirt. The Storm character never held any strong attributes or unique powers. Controlling the weather might be powerful, but not unique. Also, if Halle "I want loads of money and to control the movie" Berry plays Storm in the next movie, maybe they can get the guy who set up the props for "The Crow" movie to come in and do the same for Halle Berry.
