What is this song from Arrested Development called?

It was in the "Meat the Veals" epsiode after Ann suggests to George Michael that they should "do it". The voice says "hey what you tryin to say to me" or something like that.

I don't know the show. The only songs I remember from AD were "Everyday People," "Mr. Wendel," and "Tennessee."
