Yes! Its a great idea. I have a pair...and winter is coming close! Momey an issue? Try out ebay.com Thats where I bought my uggs. I got a size 9 tall sand uggs for about $80 brand new. I saved about $60.

I too wanted a pair... until I found out how expensive they were. And then everyone I knew who had them never wore them after a few months because the inside fur would start to smell terrible.

So I bought boots from Land's End (Sears carries them or you can go to the Land's End website). They come in tons of colors and they are VERY comfortable - and only $40!

Have fun shopping!

I remember when they hit the California fashion scene back in 1986 and they just looked stupid on surfers that wore them with shorts and tee-shirts. And, now they have come back for another generation to endure! All I can say is UGH!, they are the most horrible fashion statement! Save your money.

Not a chance.

They might come in handy in Alaska or Aspen in the middle of winter where you NEED a warm boot. But then, you need them to keep from freezing your feet off, not looking good.

Ugg-ly

Uggs are short for Ugly. I don't like them. but if you are seeking out good old trendiness and comfort....Go for it. Why not if you're digging them!

no. not for fashion. they were fashionable 5 years ago in LA...now you just look like a trend whore. If you live in an area where you expect lots of cold weather and snow...different story.
