maybe u need to download the latest flash programme

I had a similar problem, even with the newest version: delete flash using add/remove programs and reinstall, this should work. If not, i cant help you, send an e-mail to macro-media and they can help.

Yup, its probably been written for a more recent version of flash than the one you are using.

download the latest flash pragram its pretty easy
