Hmm. I had a friend who got a settlement for over 1 million dollars, he is only 23 and travels the world , doesn't do anything to allow the money to grow, I know he will soon run out of money, it's amazing how money changes people. He refuses to work as a notary, worked for a bank had a very simple life and position at the bank, and he doesn't talk to anyone any more. I don't get it with people, if it would've been me, I would've invested it right away, make it grow and do have a little fun, but open another business and let good trustworthy employees run it.
Your acquaintance is incredibly lucky, but money isn't everything, money can't buy good health, or love, or others to like you. etc.

if you're not lying, then you've just blown my theory about the lottery.
i thought it was all fixed because old people and latinos seem to win the lottery all the time. i think that they just pay someone off to "pose" as the lottery winner. they may get a couple hundred thousand or so, but the state keeps the millions.
