Know some details of the company you are going for the interview with. Look it up on the internet, know the product they sell. Don't slouch, give a good hand shake and look them in the eye when you shake their hand. Don't give a weak hand shake, make strong contact, but brief. Wait for them to ask you to sit. Ask some pertinent question like 'if I were to do well in this position is there room to grow or move up in the company'. Good luck..sorry no prayers.

Be prepared to answer "behavioral" type questions, such as "Tell me a time when..." and they will ask for instances like when you took charge of a case, when you worked in groups, etc. Many interviewers ask these and not industry-specific questions b/c they figure they can train you for the work, but you need to be the right type of person for the job (goal-oriented, driven, strong leader). So make sure you can remember specific examples for these questions.
Greet the interview with a strong handshake...a weak hand is a bad first impression. The decision to hire you is usually made in the first 5 minutes of the interview.
And always ask questions of the interviewer after they are done with their questions. They will ask if you have questions, so have some ready. Ask why they like their job, why they chose to work there, and more about the company environment, things like that. Your interest in the company is a positive to employers.
Good luck!

Well, wear a white shirt, black or dark blue tie with a black or dark blue pants. Dress sock (none of that sneaker sock crap) . and Dress Shoes. When you go to the interview, appear half an hour early. When you open the door concentrate on closing the door first before greeting the interviewers, this shows that you are focused, responsible and attentative. Also, when approaching the interviewers, only shake their hand when they extend it to you, if they don't you don't but say your greetings. When you sit on the chair do not look at the chair before you sit (rem. stay focused) .. let the edge of the chair touch the back of your legs and let them be your guide to sitting down. Sit on the end of the chair with your back straight (this shows that you are interested in the job and in the company). And last, When answering questions, look at the interviwer in their eyes, and if you have more than one interviewer, answer their question first before answering the next given question. Always be prepared, walk with 3 extra copies of your resume. And in an interview, you are trying to sell yourself, so just like tv ads brag a little bit but not too much because if they hire you ... you have to prove yourself. And be yourself. take a chance to use some humor but not too much. Oh and refer to men as sir and women as madam. Be like James Bond for example. Bold, Brash, Brave, descent, polite, respectible and commands respect.
Good luck to ya dude. Will pray for ya!

Hey, rupsy. Wear a nice suit and tie and clean, neat shoes. When the interviewer approaches you, have your right hand free. Smile stand and firmly (but not painfully) shake the hand and wait until THEY introduce themselves then introduce yourself and follow them.
I will pray for you! Best wishes! Just be honest, be yourself and don't discuss money unless you're asked about it... I shouldn't say that. Discussing money is okay, just don't discuss any FINANCIAL NEED you may have. Come up with some questions: it's not good to NOT have any.

smile, make eye contact as much as possible, ask questions about the position such as, what are the hours, performance expectations, dress code. also do not speak poorly of your former employers or companies. this always looks bad. if they ask why you left, tell them it wasn't the best fit. you felt you had learned all you could and are looking for a position where you will be able to advance. try to speak slowly and evenly. the interviewer is taking in all of your actions and information, give them time to interpret it. and smile.

Harold has it right; also you should prepare a list of questions that YOU want answered such as: "what training will I receive?"; "will a mentor be assigned to me?"; "why is this a great company to work for?"
Best of luck with it
