If you have Windows XP, go to Start, Programs, Accessories, Accessibility, On-Screen Keyboard. Click on the Caps Lock key on that and it will turn it off.

Turn your keyboard upside down and shake the cr*p out of it and then hit your caps lock button again to see if it worked. Do this all the time at work.

well, you might have more luck going out and buying a new keyboard... there not that expensive.... its probably less expensive than paying someone to fix it so you'll probably have more luck just buying one! just go to your local computer store, best buy, walmart, k-mart... or a local pawn shop and you might find one for real cheep!
thats what we had to do when my dad pounded the space bar and broke it and it was stuck, so we ordered a new keyboard from Dell i think!!

Press the button next to A or jus get a new keyboard cause its messed up

Pop out the key itself, and clean under it. Don't use water or any kind of liquid tho. See if there is anything under it that might cause it to be stuck, then pop it back into place.

are you sure cause you just typed a lower case p inbetween those ? :)
But if not, it might have some gunk sticking it down. Just pull it off, you can wiggle it a bit, it should come off. Use a q-tip with some alcohol 7 let it air dry. that should fix it.
