I feel the most alive when I am either outside enjoying a beautiful day in nature. at the top of a mountain, near the ocean, or even in a corn feild. Feeling the wind, the smells,
I focus on all my sences one at time, then all at once.
too, I feel very much alive when laughing with freinds over nothings.

I love that song! Chasing Car by Snow Patrol... Talking makes me feel really, truly alive. It just lets my emotions roam free and lets my brain work. It's wonderful.
Reading also does that. I love reading!
