and was left a rathr rude response relating to my sexuality. has anyone else had these problems?

You cannot fix stupid. Small minded people have nothing better to say, they aren't intelligent enough to answer the question and they are so insecure in their own sexuality that they will literally "kick the dog" rather than address it.
Don't give them the time of day, its not personal, they have the safety of a computer between you and them, they'd never say it to your face. These people are cowards.

Took a drive over and read the question..yea, she sure has her act together...I think she was answering in the middle of a box of doughnuts...nothing comes between her and her doughnuts..that is for sure. I am afraid all the trans-fatty acids have plugged the old arteries to her brain..such is life in the depression lane. As for the idea of melding the entire North American Continent...don't hold your breath. All nations concerned have a tremendous amount of national pride they are unwilling to yield. It is out of line what they said. You are wrong about making North America into 1 country. The liberals want that so they can redistribute all the wealth earned by Americans. It will never happen.

Not as yet. I'd email that person and ask why they felt compelled to do that. And I'd offer to meet them in person if they'd like to tell me to my face what they feel about me.
People here are so gutless, the anonymity gives people free reign to express their hateful thoughts. When you "humanise" yourself maybe they'll back off.
