I've worked under 2 female bosses, and though they are generally very nice people, i think female bosses feel a need to impress or show that they are capable as their male counterparts. Not that anything is bad with that, but sometimes they just push you a bit too far. I'm a female and if i was a boss, i'll just do my own thing to get the job done. I'm for women and equal rights, but I'm definitely not a feminist. I think you get to where you wanna be due to your own hardwork and honesty.

Mr.MichaelTheKing i imagine has a level; I truly have had male and woman bosses, and that i have been a lady boss. My female friends who compete sexually with different women individuals have suggested that they prefer male bosses. i don't like competition, particularly sexual interest competition, particularly in the place of work the position it would not belong, and that i do not care what my boss's gender is, I in elementary words care how effective they're and how they manage others in preserving with job performance, no longer own determination. So my element is i imagine it relies upon on the female and her own agenda.

It really just depends on their skill...in my current job, I have had two female bosses. The first one was very secure in her role, she was assertive, was careful to give praise before constructive criticism, did not gossip, was trustworthy, and always said thank you. Her mood was constant, and she went to bat for you. Unfortunately, I have a new boss - and life at my job is just not the same. She is just okay where my other boss was amazing and apparently very rare!

p.s. the first boss took a lesser position because she's having a baby, and wants to return to a less-stressful position.

I happen to like my boss. He's one of the best ones I've worked for in my 22 years with the company.

Women stoop to low levels and allow a man's authority to control them to the extent of sexual harrasment, etc. Women fall for it because they are greedy or they have to keep the job.
