I have a crazy brother, he hurts me, is mean to me and he is younger. He won't even listen to me if my mom tells him to.Help!

Sounds like he matches a little brother's job description quite nicely. I have a feeling he has an entirely different take on the story too... right? If you're anything like my brother's kids, I bet you dish it out as much as you take it.
Don't worry, eventually you'll both get to the point where you realize that it isn't much fun making each others' lives miserable. It's all part of learning how to get along with people. :-)

you should start trying to do the things that he does to you or give your mom the advise to send him to boot-camp
