Chicago. Nice place. Plus, it's an awesome city to shop in.

Washington D.C. is DEFEINTELY full of history but if you don't know where to go and the right places to look into it can be pretty boring. Chicago is a very interesting upbeat city with a LOT of knowledge! But if you get lost you're screwed because it's not the friendliest So it depends if you want an inner city mueseum or a real live Historic Monument!

Chicago all the way. Not even close. Here's what to order for food. Best pizza, deep dish with sausage and pepperoni and extra cheese. Best Italian beef and sausage combo, with "sweet peppers and dipped". Best hot dogs. Order like this" the works with no hot peppers". If all you do is get to eat some really great food, you will remember this trip forever. In the words of a semi famous culinary master, Me, "you will not be disappointed" Have fun.

well, I've never been to Chicago but Washington dc is great. if its for a history or government class dc might be a better choice. the metro is very clean and safe and there are stops for everything. there are a bunch of Smithsonian museums to visit and they are all free and monuments every where. contact your states senate and tell them that your going to dc and they maybe able to help you get into the white house.

DC, Chicago is alright, but it does not have the history DC has. Besides, if your class is taking the trip, how are you going to see your relatives???
