You can get it really easy if you have a program called BitComet. It downloads the whole album and you can get it before it hit stores. Seach for it at downloads.com

Check torrent sites, sometimes they have CDs before they come out. You can use bittorent.com to get the program and then search torrent sites like
mininova.org
torrentspy.com
thepiratebay.org
mp3nova.org
torrentazos.com
torrents.to -- this one is a search engine
But it also depends when the CD is going to be released, check the date on that and it should let you know when it might be released online.
