Mine was Helga. She was realist chracter in the show because everyone probably could relate to her in some sort of way.

I like Helga and Arnold. Helga because she is not afraid to speak her mind, tough, determined but have a real sensitive side. Arnold because he is layed back and always look for the good in people regardless of how they act. Also, Helga's father is hilarious!

I agree with you evryone could relate to Helga in a way how she loves arnold is soo cute gerald is the funniest 1 though (him and grandma and grandpa)

Like you said, Helga Hepataki (spelling?). She was funny and we could relate with her with the love/hate relationship she had with Arnold....but I liked Gerald too.

Helga was my favorite character because she never tried to conform to the crowd. Even though Helga had problems with anger, mostly due to negligence from her family, she still had a heart.

I can't help it, but I like Helga. I could relate to the way she was always secretly pining away for Arnold, but treated him like crap so no one would ever suspect her hidden passions.
