I think they are but then again most people are smarter than me anyways so my opinion isn't a good one.

no i think just because , of a different (what is it accent or race or i dont know what to call it, i'll call it accent) accent , no they are not smarter then the rest of us, i think everybody is the same , either different religion,accent,race, we are all the same, some are smart and some are less smart, or lower standards
