and how much would you pull? how would you know it's the 'right time' to give one? what would you do if i struggled during it/tried to get out?

I wedgie is a name for a hairstyle. I don't think to get that hairstyle you would have to pull out any hair either. The right time is when you are ready for a haircut. I don't think it would be a struggle performing the haircut. By the way its not in any more.
