The city is 17 feet below sea levle and thye like it that way for shipping from the big muddy Mississippi and the corps of engineers have been battleing to keep the river flowing thru Nawlins instead of where it wants to. Yes the breach caused the most damage and deaths.

Well it is very apparent that you have never experienced a storm of such magnitude. I live in Alabama and was fortunate enough to live far enough inland that it didn't personally effect me. But I saw and talked with a number of displaced individuals to know the devastation was real. I also lived in South Carolina when Hugo hit Charleston and experienced the strength of that storm first hand having damage done to my property. I find it offensive that you would trivialize the agony of other people. YOU OUGHT TO BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF.

i will't stand Jindal, He changed into in Congress throughout the time of Katrina and did little at the same time with his votes to help the state out. he's a Republican hack and has no longer something to do with success or lack of success of oil. Jindal will no longer be chosen because he's too youthful to run with McCain. Jindal talks vast and do not grant.

OK, and Dorothy and Toto really did go to Oz. I imagine you are going to think that the media made all of the images up in a Hollywood studio as well. Let's get real here, some of what the media reports, especially natural disasters, is actually the truth!

Put down the glue!
Drug abuse may give the user a feeling of pleasure, but it is important to remember that they are toxic substances. We are constantly being made aware that long-term drug abuse can be bad for our health and that even a single use of a drug can kill.
Drug addiction is a brain disease. Although initial drug use might be voluntary, drugs of abuse have been shown to alter gene expression and brain circuitry, which in turn affect human behavior. Once addiction develops, these brain changes interfere with an individual’s ability to make voluntary decisions, leading to compulsive drug craving, seeking and use.
The impact of addiction can be far reaching. Cardiovascular disease, stroke, cancer, HIV/AIDS, hepatitis, and lung disease can all be affected by drug abuse. Some of these effects occur when drugs are used at high doses or after prolonged use, however, some may occur after just one use.

I say making an accusation like that without evidence, especially enough to substantiate proof, makes you an immoral person. How did I come to that conclusion? Reason.

Since most of the people flooded were unregistered voters, it would have been a waste of dynamite. Unless you can come up with (and I'm sure you can) another idiotic conspiracy scenario,
