You can get the manual from Detroit Diesel directly. Most Detroit dealers either have them, or can order one within a day or two.
If you are doing general repair and maintenance, MOST of the information you need is published in the Motors Heavy Duty Truck Repair manual under the DD section.
You might start here-------->

...and see if this woun't do it for you.

Or see if you can get any help here------>

Sorry guy! I could help you but I can't! I worked for a repair shop that went out of business and I have all the shop manuals for Detroit, Cummins, and Caterpillar! Just one catch, I have them in a storage unit and it would be nearly immpossible to get them out right now!
I would think you could get whatever it is you need information wise right off the internet by doing a google search!
8V92 is a very popular engine used in almost all buses and a lot of trucks and heavy equipment. There should be someone in your area to help you out. (bus company, diesel shop, Terex dealer, construction company mechanic)
